Return Policy

At Mohar IND, all sales are final. Products are eligible for returns and exchanges only for size-related issues, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the original packaging and tags must remain intact, and the product should not be used or washed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

  • Returns on gift cards are not accepted.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless specified under special circumstances.

Return and Exchange

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a return, you must request it beforehand. Once approved, return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. If approved, the product can be exchanged for an item of equal value or credited for future purchases within 3 months. Refunds are not applicable after 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Returns & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Ensure to mention the order number clearly when initiating a return or exchange request for faster processing.
  • All returned items must be securely packed to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Mohar will not be responsible for damages caused due to improper packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

     

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the products back to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned products, our team will conduct a quality check to ensure the items meet the return criteria.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for the product value and will not include shipping charges.

Damages and Issues

At Mohar IND, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. This will help us promptly evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed for the product value to the original payment method (credit/debit card used for the purchase) within 7 days of raising the request. Alternatively, a coupon valid for 3 months may be issued for future use.

Refunds Will Be Processed in the Following Cases

  • Lost in Transit: If the package is lost during shipping.

  • Material Defects: If a defect is found in the product and reported within 7 days, with the returned product meeting all conditions (tags and invoices intact).

  • Post-Return Evaluation: Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and passes the quality check.

Refunds Will Not Be Entertained in the Following Circumstances:

  • Incorrect Delivery Address: Refunds will not be processed if the delivery address provided is incorrect.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Damaged Returns: If the returned product is damaged due to improper use or mishandling.

  • Missing Tags and Invoices: Products returned without tags and an accompanying invoice will not qualify for a refund.

International Orders

  • If you wish to cancel an order, ensure it is done before the order is shipped.

  • For cancellations made before the product is shipped, a coupon code equivalent to the full amount will be issued.

  • In case of a defective product, report the issue immediately with details and proof of the defect. A credit note or coupon code equivalent to the defective product’s value will be issued.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Sale Period: Products purchased during a sale are non-exchangeable.

  • International Shipments: No refunds will be entertained if the recipient fails to pay customs duties as mandated by their country or does not collect the shipment from the shipping agency.

  • Delivery Check: Verify the condition of the package upon delivery. Do not accept or sign for tampered packages.

  • Damaged Package: Retain original packaging, including price tags, invoices, and labels, for inspection. Note “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt before accepting the package and wait for the review process.
