Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping
- We work with reliable courier partners to ensure smooth deliveries across India and overseas. For specific shipping timelines, please refer to the product description on the respective product page.
- Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
Domestic Shipping
- Free Shipping: Prepaid orders above ₹4000 qualify for free shipping within India, regardless of the number of items purchased.
- COD Charges: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹ is applicable.
- Tracking Details: Once your order is processed and shipped, the tracking details and shipping partner information will be shared via SMS or other communication channels.
- Tracking Orders: Orders can be tracked using the consignment or tracking number provided on the courier partner’s website.
- Delivery Attempts: Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during checkout up to three times. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned, and refunds will not be provided.
- Accurate Information: Please ensure that the complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact number, is provided for smooth and timely delivery.
- Delivery Timeline: Packages are generally delivered within 3–4 days of dispatch, depending on the location. For COD orders, delivery will be confirmed beforehand.
International Shipping
- Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 days of dispatch. Reliable courier services are used for international shipments unless unavailable in a specific region or PIN code.
- Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the order total. These charges are additional and payable at the time of delivery, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
- Dispatch Details: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy to avoid any issues.
- Customs and Import Duties: Most countries impose duties on imported goods, which vary by destination and product type. These duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Payment of Duties and Taxes: Customers must pay applicable duties and taxes directly to the courier or customs agency at the time of delivery. Failure to do so, resulting in non-delivery, will not be eligible for refunds.
Note: All orders are processed from Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Modes of Payment
- Domestic Orders: We accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard and Visa), Net Banking options from leading banks, and recognized Wallet & UPI payment methods.
- International Transactions: For international orders, we accept major credit cards (including Mastercard and Visa) along with payments via platforms such as PayPal, Western Union, TransferWise, and similar gateways. Transaction charges may apply depending on the selected payment method.
In case of any issues with the payment process, customers are advised to check with their respective payment provider or try an alternative payment method.
